3 Stores. The main store, Big Box Electronics is just that, Computers, radios, Tv's, refrigerators, even coffee pots, complete with Nerd Squad Area too! (I placed 4 savvy registers, you can choose what you sell, or delete them). The Simbucks Coffee House is on the corner, sells coffee, pastries and has a bakers oven but is NOT a Bakery. The Comic Central store is on the far end, nerdy sims just love to come here ! (Located on the corner of Sandbar and Seagrass, Beach City behind Diamond Backs)
