Simsa Art Gallery is the public lot that your sims will want to visit more then once :) It's a place where modern meet history. You can find there paintings made by great artists from Sunset Valley, in basement is amazing exhibition worth to see, kids corner on first floor and small restaurant for hungry visitors on ground floor. NO CUSTOM CONTENT use to build this Gallery. I used from store plant: Potted Bamboo Glory and some paintings from free store sets :) If you like RECOMMEND
